Refund Policy
All sales are final because our services involve personalised consultancy and writing that commences immediately after payment. Package credits for additional services such as LinkedIn profiles, interview coaching or cover letters remain valid for 12-months from the date of purchase.
Timeframes
Turnaround times vary depending on the project and job closing dates. As a general guide Standard projects require approximately 7 to 10 days; Documents are usually delivered 24-48 hours before the job closes; Express Service (3 working days) is available for an additional cost. Once you receive your documents, you may provide feedback for revisions. We complete updates promptly once your comments are received. To ensure accuracy, please communicate any required changes clearly during the review process.
